Always On Content Series - TikTok Shop
As the social media lead for TikTok Shop, I built the case for bringing on a social agency of record to scale and define our social content franchises. This included launching a regular cadence of always-on culturally relevant content aligned to our strategy, support of key marketing moments, best practice community management (not user support), and account management.
I oversaw our agency partnership with OKCool from concepting, briefing, talent review, approvals, and publishing.
Shop Sounds: We tapped into the hype around ASMR with a guessing game content series that features our most viral products. The result? A fun series that highlights our key products in a TikTok first way.
Niche Needs: TikTok is home to a variety of niches and interests. To highlight the breadth and depth of products and categories available on the platform we launched a series for creators to highlight their favorite niche interests and hobbies.
Trend Watch: We recapped the hottest trends on TikTok and showed our community how they could emulate these looks using TikTok Shop.
